We purchased our ranch in July of 2000 after moving back to Texas...home to our roots.
Our ranch had been used for cattle and was fenced in barb wire. Over the years, we have replaced the fence with board fencing, cross fenced the pastures and built our new home in 2012.
Our barn was built in 2001 (3700 Sq. Ft.)
Eight 14'x14' stalls, two of which have removable walls to convert to foaling or stallion stalls. Breeding and vet area with wash rack.
Foaling cameras with monitors in our house and office, port a cool fans at both ends of the barn, overhead fans and the barn is heated.
We also have 4 large fenced paddocks used for turn out for moms and babies.
We Have 3 large pastures, all with loafing sheds that we built in the summer of 2002
One pond was in existence when we purchased the ranch, it is over 1/2 acre & fully stocked. We have since added an additional pond.
